Using PhotoGR

PhotoGR is provided by Alain Picard IT Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using PhotoGR you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to your photographs. Because editing happens on your device, we do not receive, store or license your images. You are responsible for having the rights to the photographs you edit and for keeping your own copies — browser storage can be cleared or evicted.

Free and Premium plans

The Free plan is provided at no charge and may change over time. PhotoGR Premium costs $19.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes, and renews automatically each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep Premium until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial periods. If a payment fails, Premium features are paused until payment succeeds.

Price changes

We may change Premium pricing. We will give you notice before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, bypass access controls or payment, reverse-engineer it for a competing service, or use it to break the law.

Film looks and third-party software

Film simulations are independent interpretations inspired by CameraGR recipe settings. They are not certified to match CameraGR or any camera manufacturer’s output. PhotoGR is not affiliated with Ricoh. Open-source components are used under their own licenses; see the third-party notices distributed with the service.

Disclaimers and liability

PhotoGR is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored in your browser. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
